Stay sharp through thousands of cuts. I typically cut 1/8" to 1/4" aluminum.

I was skeptical that I could use my table saw to cut an aluminum sheet but figured I'd give it a try. I cut several pieces of 1/8" aluminum sheet and this bladed did it well with very little effort. The cuts needed to be smoothed out (no surprise) because of the sharp edge left after the cut had been made. The cuts were uniform and straight. I had to remove the guard on the saw but I was very careful not the place my hands anywhere near the blade. After several cuts the blade was still very sharp. I'll definitely keep this blade around for any special projects.

I have not used this for cutting metal. I only use it to cut Lexan. Nice clean cuts on Lexan.

Good quality only complaint is the side relief angle on the teeth may not be steep enough to keep 6063 and softer alloys from welding to the teeth.

I put this on my old Delta miter saw to cut aluminum extrusions such as 2020, 2040, etc. Even without using cutting wax it cut fast and left a very clean cut with no burrs. Very happy with this 10" x 100T blade so far.Great value for the money.

It cuts aluminum bars clean and easy, almost like wood, with minimal heat. It is thin, just under 2mm, so that there is a little waste.

To cut aluminum and it was very rough cuts. Some of the teeth are jagged. Price was good so I will use for cut jobs not needing clean cuts

This blade works very well for soft metals. No burrs.
