Really beautiful fan that fits my modern style & it works great. Pretty easy install.

We have been looking for a new updated ceiling fan. We found this one and it was 40% off and everything we wanted. It arrived and we installed it and just couldn't get it to work. We called the support line and they talked us through all the troubleshooting, and in the end they sent us a replacement. This one works perfectly and we absolutely love it.

Remote stopped working after a week. There's no other way to turn the fan on other than the remote, it's probably the cheapest fan I've ever seen. A magnet holds the proprietary LED light, the remote is complete garbage and the product is very overpriced for such cheap material, it's worth maybe sixty bucks, but you could get a much nicer fan than this at this price. It's too cheesy to even return, it's ugly too. Buy a better fan than this, you deserve much better, everyone does. It looks like the designer never saw a fan, maybe read about one, then designed one. It's so bad.

Fan moves alot of air , light is very bright. In terms of ceiling fans it's a bit difficult to install and I hoped the light would dim a little more but overall very happy with it would buy again. Thick wood blades are very nice alternative to the thin cheap looking ones on most fans

The media could not be loaded. I installed this fan in our Gazebo and love it. I need a longer down-rod and wiring kit. The sellers customer service was excellent!I found the instructions were very good and installation was as expected for a 5 blade fan.I would purchase this fan again.

I like the looks of the fan and blades.However every piece needs to be put together- the instructions are confusing as they include other models. After all assembled, the fan was terribly imbalanced and wobbled. It took along time to balance enough but still wobbles at high speed.

This thing was such a pain in the keister to put together and get up and running but it was worth it! It's super quiet, the only sound I hear is the movement of the air. It's very stylish. I love the option to have different light warmth, the security setting, and the fact that it has six fan speeds instead of three. It does have an unfortunate beeping sound when you turn something to the max/min or when it first comes on but other than that I have zero complaints about the operation.The install was tough. It took me and another person two days (with a lot of breaks) to get it right. It comes in a LOT of pieces and the instructions are not super clear, especially because there are multiple options listed in the instructions depending on what fan model you have and what type of ceiling you have and some other options. I'm not sure if it was a manufacturing defect or what but the box that is the remote receiver literally was quite a bit smaller than the area that the instructions said it should go, resulting in some hammering and sawing to make it go in there. But we eventually got her up there and the look is beautiful!
