why is the 150bt 245 mph and the 350bt is only 180mph

The 150BT has a smaller tube diameter, which allows for higher MPH. On the other hand, the 350BT has higher CFM, which is a measure of volume rather than speed. Since the 350BT moves a higher volume of air, it can blow large piles of leaves, for example, easier than the 150BT. Whereas, it might be easier to blow out small crevices with a 150BT because it moves the air faster. Just depends on what you intend to use it for.

Is the adjustable handle with the soft grip an option? I did not receive mine/

I am not sure what you mean by the "soft grip" option.... i have the standard grip on it, that protrudes out and has the on/off lever, and power trigger. And it yes, it is adjustable. There is a small built in screw on the side that allows you to adjust the handle. I hope that helps.

Husqvarna VS Echo? Anyone recommend one over the other? I think Echo may have a much better home owner warranty.

I have both a Echo and Husqvarna. Each came with a full 1 yr warranty. Both perform exactly the same and I am pleased with each. My Echo is probable about 3-4 yrs old and fires up after 2-3 pulls. Husqvarna just got it and fires up with 1-2 pulls.

what start procedure are you using? I use non ethanol aviation fuel, and its getting towards 10 pulls to start. Wondering how others prime, choke...

First let it sit for just a few minutes. Then make sure the switch on throttle is in the off position. Press primmer bulb ten times. Pull once on full choke. Then pull once on half choke. Then it should start when you pull the third time with no choke. This is in the case of a cold engine start of course. Make sure that ethonal free fuel is a 50:1 mix too. Hope this helps.
