I ordered this product, it seemed great at first but within an hour of light use (20xM16 Hex Nuts) it stopped working and was just blowing air when pulling the trigger. it did this in all speed settings forward and reverse. Returned the product and got a quick refund. Reordered a week later and delivery was quick but quickly found out I'm pretty sure they sent the same unit back as it clearly wasn't brand new, it was just lose in the box not in the clear bag like the first one came in, and had dirty oily handprints on the unit and instructions. and once set up just blows air like the first one.
