Inconsistent quality. The quality is different with each delivery. The previous delivery is a sticky nearly black mess. Today's delivery is dried out brownish rocks. The concern is each batch seems to have Inconsistent ingredient quantities. What is actually in these gummies is a mystery given they look, taste, and smell different from one order to the next.

Take 2 each night for restful sleep.

Been using these for a couple years and they’re great. They taste like a fruit roll up. It says to take 3, but 2 will put you to sleep no problem. I’ve also taken 1 to calm down anxiety and it works. If you want it to work fast, just chew it slightly and leave it under your tongue for a couple minutes.

Calm works better than I expected and the taste of the gummies is better than expected
