Got this for my boyfriend because his hair was getting thin, worked a treat, just massaged it into his scalp every night and the hair started to look a lot thicker, there are studies that say this is effective at stopping dht buildup on the scalp and I do think it works. Also just makes the hair look a lot healthier too. If your hair loss is bad you might need minoxidil and fermasteride but this is good if you've only lost a bit of hair. It smells really nice too

I have just started using this and the smell is lovely. It smells like hazelnuts although it says 100% pumpkin seeds.
