Original review:I’ve only been taking these for about 1-week so far and since supplements sometimes take a little while to “build up” in the body. I can do a better assessment after 30 days.I’m taking one in the morning and one in the evening.What I can tell you to start is that they are well packaged, arrived on time, seem to be well manufactured (no loose powder in the bottle or on the capsules, etc.) and have higher than typical percentages of the most effective compounds in Cistanche (the main reason I purchased) so I can vouch for the strength of the ingredients on the label (but can’t assess the effects just yet).I do recommend that if you have a weaker stomach, that you take with milk or have some food within @ 20-minutes after taking. I took 2 capsules the first time on an empty stomach and was “okay” without having food after but did feel quite a bit of nausea (rare for me), so just a word of caution since the bottle doesn’t say anything about “take with food” or “on an empty stomach”. That’s when I switched to one in the morning and one in the evening.That said, I believe that it’s the strength of the product that caused the slight nausea - so I consider that a positive side effect, not a negative one.***UPDATE a couple of months later***Bumping my review from 4-stars to 5-starsThis Cistanche, taken consistently over a couple of months has proven effective. I will continue to use this product and based on its quality; will check out their store to see what other offerings they have.

Cistanche tubulosa is new to me and I recently started taking Cistanche Tubulosa capsules as a supplement and have been very pleased with the results. The capsules are easy to swallow and the dosage is convenient to remember. Since starting to use this supplement, I have noticed an increase in my energy levels and overall sense of well-being. I have also noticed a slight improvement in my physical strength , mood boost and endurance during workouts. These are good quality cistanche tubululosa capsules, as they have a consistent appearance and do not have any strange tastes. I am very happy with my experience using cistanche tubulosa so far and would highly recommend.

I only give this 4 stars in that I have not been on it long enough. Interesting only taking it a few days. I do seem to have more energy and focus. I got this to give me an edge with my workouts. I will have to see how I feel in a few weeks.

After hearing about the benefits and doing research on cistache, I decided to give this product a try. I've been on this for about a week now and have noticed a dramatic difference in energy and overall focus! I take one first thing in the morning to get my day started and power through my workout, followed by an additional one in the afternoon to power through the remained of my day. The amount of clean energy and focus that I get from this is such a game changer for me.... there is no crash and I've no longer noticed the need for energy drinks half way through the day, which is a nice change. I'm looking forward to staying with this and purchasing again. Have been very pleased with the results and at such a low cost.

I've been going to the gym for a while now, and I've noticed a subtle but definite improvement in my performance. I can push through more intense workouts, I'm able to do more reps. I think Cistanche Tubulosa is giving me a boost of stamina, though moderate.It wasn't an immediate transformation. I've just been taking them for a few days and will evaluate after a month. So far, pretty good value versus alternative supplements that are priced much higher.
