Having placed my order, I received a telephone call from the supplier. I was informed that my order had been received and the engraving was in progress. I was delighted to receive the call. The box arrived in secure packaging. Having removed the packaging, I found the box in a lovely white and gold edged display case with silk cushioning. The trinket box is excellent and my chosen words for the engraving are perfectly inscribed. The materials, are of a particularly high standard. I am delighted with my purchase.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I just wanted to write a note to express my satisfaction with this gift. I bought it for a retirement gift. The recipient was delighted. I was delighted when I opened it - it looks better than it does on the website, comes in a beautiful presentation box, and so overall looks like a very expensive high quality gift. I will use this company again if I have similar needs.

I bought this as a gift for my best friend. She hasn't seen it yet but I'm well impressed. It's nice and heavy, the quality is excellent, no scratches or rough bits and the velvet lining very neat. The engraving is exactly as I planned and also very neat. It arrived very well packaged and protected. I ordered on a Friday afternoon and it was delivered on Sunday day morning! All round an excellent product. I would buy again as a gift for someone else.

Very nice gift for my nana's 70th Birthday. Pretty and personalised for the occasion. The message is as I asked, but the seller did not contact me to confirm they had gotten the information about what I wanted writing on the box, so make sure you do get in contact about it. other than that, the trinket box itself has a nice weight to it, although it is a little smaller than I expected, regardless, it came in a nice gift box and it's still a lovely present to give someone.
