Very nice comb! Sturdy and well made.

With curtain bangs this styling comb is recommended. I could not locate my former comb and needed an upgrade, this is a perfect selection. It is a substantial piece for my new look and great for back combing and sectioning too. At present I have included this in a crystal bowl of hair accessories on my bureau. It has joined wet brushes, a round brush, leave in conditioner, hair serum and more. This is much nicer than my former comb but at quite a value price. I love having it at my finger tips, great addition that I can slip into my purse too.

I don’t know how I went so long without a cricket comb. I’m 77 years old and my daughter told me about this comb. It combs smoothly through my hair, does not pull or tug and does not poke my scalp. A great comb and worth the price. I’d like to get more of them.

This brand is the best. Metal pick end that is sturdy and makes crisp parts. The teeth are made of high quality plastic without any burrs to catch the hair. The tip of the comb is also excellent at parting without being harsh on the scalp. Don't waste your time on cheaper brands.

I really like Silkomb and their cricket combs. This one happens to be the middle of the three rattail combs. It’s the only one that doesn’t have a metal tail. As the product is described, the teeth on this comb are medium, so they are closer than the wide toothed rattail comb but farther than the fine toothed rattail comb. Having curly hair, I use this to distribute the product (creams, gels, etc) through my sections while making sure I don’t use too much per section. Great comb for everyday use. These combs get a 5 out of 5 rating in terms of sturdiness, ergonomics, and durability. I seen these combs used by professionals years ago and haven’t gone back since. i’ve had the same comb for over 5+ years…until tsa confiscated it. it was a cheap old comb but i loved it. so i was looking for a new one and i spotted this. i decided why not get a better comb since ill be using it for a long time. compared to my old comb, this one is 100 times better. it’s heavy and sturdy, brushes through my hair really well and works better for parting hair. it also looks SO nice and chic. recommend for those looking for a quality comb.
