I am generally a big fan of Homedics products, & use this mat at least once a day most days. It provides a great deal of relief for my neck & shoulders, & I really like the different settings & the opportunity to adjust the heat. One drawback is the size—it is not foldable, & you need to make room to use it on the floor—& the controller is rather heavy for the cord it is attached to. I am a bit clumsy & really need to be careful not to let the controller swing when I’m carrying the mat, & I’m still worried about it breaking off one day. However, I’m pleased with this product overall.
