Why did you pick this product vs others?:It's so easy to program if you call that to just popping in the batteries and the TV picks it up right away.

This remote works perfectly and holds up to the abuse. I've had one of these for years now. The only drawback is the battery cover becoming loose.

Works as expected. Remote makes clicking sound when pressing a button. Also, holding down fast forward button is lacking. Only fast forwards a few seconds than the button needs to be pressed and held again. Not very helpful when you want to fastward a long distant.

The remote is great overall. However the voice recognition does not work. That said I have a 55 inch and a 65 inch and this remote works with both. That is not the case with the remotes that came with the TV. So again overall I'm very happy with this remote.

As soon as I put batteries into it, it started working immediately with no problems at all. Would highly recommend.

Pressing and holding the right side of the circle button (right arrow) doesn’t continuously fast-forward like the original remote. Instead, it only advances 2 minutes at a time. This is frustrating because you have to press and hold the button 10 times to skip 20 minutes. I regret not spending the extra money to get the original remote.That said, everything else seems to work the same as the original.

My Samsung TV remote control (solar) suddenly stopped working after a year. It was not able to hold the battery charge. I bought one of this replacement and it did not disappoint me at all. The buttons are very responsive and even better than the original. It is a great deal for the price and made of good quality materials. It looks and works great. I bought a second one as spare because I know I am gonna keep my TV for a long time. Why would I spend $ 60 to get an original Samsung remote?

I like the cost of this replacement but there's two major flaws. First the microphone is freaking horrible. It hardly understands anything that I say. And number two, and one of the most annoying things is that every time you fast-forward or rewind it stops after a minute and 10 seconds. So you have to hit the button again. Repeatedly hit it. Which is incredibly irritating especially on YouTube when you're trying to rewind. It's very very cheaply made. Unfortunately I didn't see a previous review about this very problem before I bought it. I just got a different remote from a different company on here that was only like five bucks more and everything works great on it and the quality is way better. Search around...
