I read a lot of product reviews and the most common complaint was they stopped working after a week or two. Well I made it to a few months. I didn't use it every day and when I did it was for about an hour. When it quit, it quit.

I found the pad to be very easy to use, comfortable to wear. Sometimes I use it while on the computer, watching TV, reading, driving/traveling, or just resting. It has levels and modes of treatment. Convenient to take it when I travel. Comes with power cord and USB cord to charge a portable battery pack (not included, but can be purchased in any price range), making it easily portable. I charge a battery pack on my laptop. It takes using a few times to feel a difference, but definitely helps to reduce muscle and joint pain. I use it on my lower back, thigh, knee and shoulder. I have it for a year and it still works perfectly. Highly recommend!

It hasn't worked for me as I'd hoped. The heat feels good, but a regular far less expensive heating pad does the same thing. I might be expecting too much from it.Great customer service.

Last year, we were introduced to red light therapy. After we researched so many options, we're delighted that we chose this Lovetravel red light therapy device. We had a small issue with the first one, so we reached out to Lovetravel's customer service, and they were incredible. They stand behind their products and have exceptional customer service!

I was excited to receive this item but trying to hook it up and putting it around you messing with the wires then you have to get a portable charger it just got aggravating for me

Overall, this is a nice red-light-therapy belt. It is well made, with even stitching and strong Velcro. It comes with a pouch and a cord for a battery pack but does not come with the battery pack itself. However, given the short amount of time I wear it, I don't really regret the lack. The power cord is a little bit on the short side (it's a little over 5.5 feet from the socket to the controller), so there's not a lot of wiggle room, but it works for my purposes.The controller is pretty easy to use, although the buttons are a little small (my thumb can press all four at once). If you have twitchy fingers, you might have some trouble with that. You can choose from five brightness levels and three modes (red light, near infrared light, and both), so it's useful for a variety of strengths and needs.Size:The belt has about 47 usable inches, not counting the Velcro tab. Because it is somewhat wide, it also covers some of the area on either side of the waist, so it probably won't fit most people with a 47-inch waist unless their torso is pretty even in circumference. My waist is 41 inches with an hourglass-type shape, and the belt fits, but there is not much room left.

After one year of use the red light therapy back & waist belt stopped working. I keep it clean & in the box. It looks brand new but it doesn’t work. The belt turns on but nothing lights up. It is poor quality. I have bought from LoveTravel before & I have been happy. This device is a dud though. Don’t buy it. You will end up buying a new device in a year. I am truly disappointed with this company. I will start buying from another provider and replacing the pieces I purchased from Lovetravel. Poor technology & short product
