Hubby is a heavy smoker. His coughing and heavy breathing, especially at night trying to sleep, kept us both up. He's not one to go a Dr. or take any medication, herbs vitamins nothing and after smoking nearly 50 yrs , he's not likely to quit. So, I bought this product, not only for lung detox, but for the additional health benefits, as well . I put the bottle on top of coffee maker, so he wouldn't forget to take them and after the very first week , he told me to order More. Unreal, coming from someone that I had to beg to just try it . This very stubborn , man had noticed an immediate difference . He's Not coughing n wheezing or breathing like he just ran a marathon after a month. He says he did cough up crap, out of lungs , but, he felt so much better, and made him consider how he would feel even better, by quitting or cutting 2 packs a day to 1. He has spread the word to many of his trucker buddies that smoke, try this product, this stuff works! Everyone s body is different, and it may not be as effective for some users , but for the cost, it's definitely worth trying. I purchased NAC on my physician's suggestion to treat OCD related picking based on a recent study she had read. I do take other supplements but not this brand. I am extremely thrilled with how quickly and well the product worked. It also had a nice vanilla scent and taste instead of some chalky medicine taste. I will definitely order more. After getting this product, I was so pleased that I also got the ginger and turmeric. I just received it but I'm pretty sure I'm going to be pleased again. This is looking like it might be my new favorite brand.

Works well for OCD for some reason ... I have compulsive skin picking and it really helps with the urge. It produces an overall calming effect and no bad side effects in my experience. Also, compared to other NAC products, this one doesn't have that harsh, unpleasant smell associated with it. You mostly just smell the vanilla. :)

Product seems great, my stomach doesn't get upset, o have a very sensitive stomach so that's a plus. I've only been taking it for almost a week. I don't know if I can tell the effects from it, but I will update when I do :)

Love this and I take 1 three times a day with food. It’s helped with my tiredness that I get about a half hour after eating. Thank you for having the price affordable to try it out. Many others I see I want to try but I just can’t afford to throw money away hoping it helps me.

Finished 1st bottle 750mg 90 caps. All NAC products I researched, users reported horrible smell and taste. The reviews on this one was mixed but more favorable than on other NAC products. I found the taste, hint of vanilla. Big Cap. but no problem swallowing while doing it with my meals. I take Meds for (3) COPD, (2) heart and (1) Chol and Trig. Taking NAC has improve removal of Mucus from nose and throat. I will continue taking and report again!!

I feel badly submitting this review, because so many people find these far better tasting than the “NAC taste.” Unfortunately I’m not part of that crowd, because I have to hold my nose when I swallow these. The vanilla smell/taste is way too overpowering for me. I prefer the regular NAC tabs, which also aren’t amazing, but they smell like pills, and these remind me of rotten potpourri. I’m sorry, Dr. Bo! I did finish the bottle, because I didn’t want to waste them. Otherwise, in effectiveness, I find them to be just like the brand I usually buy (NOW). I started taking NAC for compulsive picking behaviors, was sad when Amazon was not able to sell them, and am glad they’re back! It helps me control the impulse. The thoughts and behavior haven’t disappeared, but it’s similar to putting a shield between me and the impulse - I have mental room to think and stop. The NAC, along with putting frosted paper on my bathroom mirror, have helped me a lot. I hadn’t noticed any other side effects. I believe it’s working, rather than a placebo effect, because when I’ve accidentally skipped a few days or run short, I’ll find myself wanting to fidget/pick. When I start taking it again, it eases the impulse.

This plus a niacin tablet of 500mg. 3-4 oregano jell cap & teaspoon of black seed cumin oil 3 x a day should be in everyone's health regimen to fight off the negative affects of mold, fungi, & parasites which modern humanity knowledge of how bad these are has been forgotten or burined under the Rockefeller medical monopoly. Cancer has many causes... fungi,parasites & mold are 3 of them. Protect yerself.
