This fixture is the crowning piece in my new bathroom. It is very good quality

Item looks nice….however the taps leak, when the water is turned off & you adjust to the hand shower or shower head, water leaks out of the taps. Also the shower head is floppy, does not stay adjusted at any angle, will only stay in downward position so that is a disappointment as shower cannot be directed as desired.

First off I know my bathroom looks like princess peach threw up on the walls (new house, in the midst of a remodel). I ordered this shower for my claw foot tub and really love the look it gives. It has good water pressure and has no leaks, everything I could ask out of a shower. The only gripe, I guess you could say, is that the piece that connects to the wall is waayyyyy too short for my shower to meet the wall. That being said it’s an easy fix with a piece of wood to allow it to meet. HUGE SHOUTOUT! When my shower arrived and we hooked it up we did notice that it was really short considering we were standing inside a tub and my husband is well over 6 ft. But I contacted the seller and they sent me a 16 in. extension for free! And it added plenty of height for a comfortable showering experience. Overall I think this was a really great buy for the price!

I like the overall look HOWEVER it isnt the best quality. Didn’t notice the leak on the hot water tap for awhile due to the water staying behind the silicone, then it broke through and now its a constant leak as you can see from the picture. The rain-head shower head started peeling as soon as i cleaned it the first time. And its continued to peel. There are also flakes of paint that will block the stream out of the shower head holes so you need to continually pick the flakes out to get a better flow rate. I did contact the seller but they will not replace anything because its past warranty. Bought in march, installed in June, so make sure you install it asap once you get it so the company will actually honour their short warranty

Wrong item sent & 2 parts missing. Contacted Haftevani and they don't have any parts. 35.00 cr. To buy the parts costs more. Contacted Gotonovo and there is no warranty as the item wasn't purchased thru them directly. Haftevani won't send the correct item, so I'm stuck with the wrong model, 2 missing parts and no warranty. Will be screwed if anything goes wrong with this in the future. Waste of money. Terrible customer service. Don't recommend buying from them.
