Works for weight-loss, but...
I bought this because I was experiencing leptin resistance (Never feeling full or satisfied after eating.) and this was suggested. I can say it worked. Maybe a little too well. I felt nauseated daily so it certainly helped with weight-loss. Lol Unsure if it's supposed to do that but that's how it worked on me.
