This is a great series for young readers! Get them away from video games for a bit and encourage quiet reading time. This 6 book set is the first of several. Each book can stand alone, but there is a thread to follow to the end. I recommend getting the set so they can move right to the next book as the story flows without waiting, and it is a better deal than buying individual books. I'm an older adult who enjoys young people's literature as a parent and teacher, but now just to unwind.. It is relaxing and thrilling at the same time. For very young children you should know that there is death and violence (cat fighting), but it is handled tenderly.

I'm trying to get my son to read and I to him to pick something he will want to read. He got one of these books from the library and now he is hooked. I guess this is better than him ignoring me for a video game.

All 6 books came in perfect condition, however they are not as the ones shown in the product listing. The cover says "Warrior Cats", not "Warriors" and shows different cover art. Its the same book on the inside though, so I don't mind the different cover.
