Don't waste your money. These don't work. Stick to Diurex or Aquaban. Just make sure you keep yp your potassium levels. All these did was dry out my sinuses. I gained a pound.

They didn't make me sick, but I don't think they were as strong. Not bad tho

I heard our bodies are about 60% water. And people always tell me to stay hydrated. I'm not sure what water retention is, but I'm guessing it has something to do with when women have their periods because I remember seeing an ad on TV where a woman complains of feeling bloated. Perhaps these pills could have helped her. Anyway, that was like 30 years ago, so hopefully she figured something out by now.I recently had dinner with my family and some friends. One guy commented that everyone else had gone to the bathroom at least once during the night, but he had never seen me go. Everyone thought it was odd and it became a topic of conversation for a few minutes. It was a wee bit annoying. Next time I see them, I'll take some of these pills so I can pee frequently.Ok, bye.

These were easy to take and swallow- no aftertaste or sude effects. I am not sure they made me eliminate water anymore than normal. I will continue to take as I feel like I need them, but I could not really tell a difference when I took them. I go to the bathroom a lot anyway, so maybe that's why?

I keep purchasing this product because it really just works and does what it claims to do -- reduces water! Highly recommended!! 😊😊😊

I wanted some in between fluid tablets that were gentler than my prescribed ones, as they leach so many electrolytes out I am left exhausted. Not sure these are very effective but will keep trying them.

Didn't suit me
