Bought in Oct2024. Expires in May 2025. Short shelf life and the leaves oxidize before the expiration date. Just threw away the bottle with 90% unused.

I love this brand of dried parsley. I love to top my finish cooked roasts, steaks, soup, and eggs with this brand of dried parsley that I had bloomed in water 15 - 20 min to put the moisture back in. Also works well with parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs for topping casseroles.

Very happy with Amazon and McCormick is a good name so I went with it. The container was 1/3 full (weighed correctly) due to the fact that it was mostly dust and smelled really bad. An unusual experience.

I use a lot of parsley flakes in my cooking and I decided to try this brand. It's an excellent value because it is a great size container and the flakes are nice size. They are a beautiful vibrant green color so I know it's fresh. The quality and aroma are important to me and I'm completely satisfied with my purchase. Would definitely recommend this product!!
