These work where I really didn't expect them to. They are better than the name brand one as it literally makes me sick and nervous feeling. These work to give you a natural feeling more like endurance. I'm 61 and some days I just don't have the energy to do 7 or 8 hours of yardwork. I have 5 lawns to mow every week, and two kids to.take care of 5 dogs and 8 cats. Only 1 me though, so I.lije to take care of myself. I love the fresh air of the yardwork and being outdoors in the sun. We've had floodwaters back 10 days ago and I spent 3vdays digging out the ditches around our entire block because the city hadn't gotten to it and Im the youngest person on the block. I was able to do it and our homes did not flood even though it was expected..our yards did because they didn't clear the main culvert, but I was able to clear the street drains during the rains and keep the water levels down. So these helped. No rush of energy or shakes,nervousness ,perspiring or irritability. Just as I said, endurance. So yes they are effective if taken as suggested and personally I add 2 mag glycinate to help my muscles keep going without aches and pains. I take these with a healthy breakfast meal and only as needed. Sometimes that's 4 days in a row but they are non addictive and I have had no side effects like I had with the brown bottle ones. They are,as I said&- inexpensive. Drink plenty of wAter to stay hydrated and see if these can help you get through those tougher days

I’m always open to trying a new supplement for focus, memory and mood improvement as I work in a stressful, mentally taxing job. Most I’ve tried haven’t produced any noticeable effect as I’m very conscious of placebo effects. Another I tried recently caused pretty serious stomach issues. After coming across this, seeing the affordable price and reading many solid reviews, I was skeptical but ordered the smallest bottle to give it a try. No immediate effects within the first 2-3 days but also no side effects taking two in the morning. HOWEVER, once at day 4-5 I noticed my heart isn’t racing at the prospect of conflict at work, and I’m able to stay zoned in on complex work problems, and my mood feels improved. Also no issues with going to sleep at normal times. I did not expect this effect to be noticeable but it 100% is. This feels like a game changer. It’s easy to swallow and I honestly kind of like the natural smell and taste. It’s earthy. I hope this product stays available on Amazon for a long time to come because it seems like a keeper.

I cannot take the recommend dose of 2 daily. It gives me a headache but 1 at a time works well. It wakes me up and helps me focus. I don’t think I’d buy again tho. The pressure in my head isn’t worth it.

I just started to use these, so I am unable to give full review, however, I am going to try them out and see if it is worth it. What I can say now is that so far it has not givien me stomach discomfort, I feel good, I take it every morning, I haven't felt as tired as I usually do, and I do feel a bit more focused.
