My daughter has multiple Fahlo bracelets. I ordered this one as a Christmas gift for my niece. Somehow, in the chaos of unwrapping gifts, her card got lost before she had a chance to register her animal in the app. She loves the bracelet, but was disappointed not to be able to track her polar bear. I reached out to Fahlo and explained the situation and they immediately provided me with a printable replacement card with a new animal for her to track, no questions asked. Excellent customer service, great product. I think I'll be buying a bracelet for myself soon.

I bought 2 for my Granddaughters and the polar bear never moved. Do not recommend

Don't quite understand how this works, but it is very cool for kids. tracking their animal. love that the animals has a name.
