I strongly recommend this pump to any mom
I’ve been using the S12 Pro breast pump for a full year now and couldn’t be happier! It’s super handy and travel-friendly, small enough to fit into a regular bra (even when not using a nursing one), which made things so much easier on the go.What impressed me even more was the amazing customer service. I had an issue with the battery draining too quickly, contacted them, and they responded promptly. They sent a replacement unit within a week to Ireland, which was such a relief.I strongly recommend this pump to any mom looking for a reliable and convenient option!

Exclusively pumped with this for 1year+
I bought this for hands-free pumping, and ended up exclusively pumping using this pump for over 1 year. This was my main pump for 15 months, used several times a day every day. I highly recommend this pump to anyone for everyday use and hands-free pumping. The design is easy to use, and charging lasted all day, even at the peak of pumping frequency. They were easy to transport to work or to travel with, and I did not have any issues with cleaning the product. I had originally bought this pump to supplement my corded medela pump, but it ended up becoming my primary pump due to ease of use / hands-free design and ease of cleaning.I did have to buy replacement parts twice over the course of the year due to normal wear and tear, but there were original parts that lasted 15 months, working perfectly. Overall I would highly recommend.

Okay whilst it lasts
Used it for 2 weeks before it stopped working. Suction is okay, though still have so much milk after pumping. Battery doesn’t last too long so have to constantly charge. Mostly hands free which is useful, but it is loud and quite big so not particularly discreet, and also leaks the moment you lean forward a bit. These issues weren't majorly problematic considering that it’s cheaper in comparison to competitors, but what topped it off was that one of the machines stopped working after only 2 weeks of using it, it lost suction completely and I was only left with one so could not double pump, which was massively inconvenient and created quite a few problems. Momcozy customer service is terrible, luckily Amazon have great customer service that I was able to get a full refund even though it had passed the 30 days return timeframe

Great pump, amazing company
Purchased the s12 pro in June from Amazon and started to pump December in prep for baby coming. Worked amazing and getting loads of colostrum that I could easy get out the cup. Unfortunately it seemed like the battery wasn’t lasting the full charge time, I contacted momcozy through email and was honestly thinking I would have a massive battle of my hands. They said they’d send new parts out, few days later parcel arrives and they’ve sent me the full kit! I’m so grateful for this and confident the battery will be better, having the full system again has saved me money for when they are due to be replaced and everything helps with a little one. Again 5* service and I’m so happy for the good experience and know if I needed anything again it’s easy to reach out. The pump is also so good! The massage and pump setting is doing wonders for my supply pre baby coming x

Honest opinion from a first time mum
I bought these pumps 4 weeks after my son was born, as breastfeeding at night wasn’t working for us anymore. It’s a great pump, but ultimately not worth the money and the cheaper pumps work exactly the same. I found a discount on TikTok, so I paid around £100 for both pumps. I used them for 3 weeks before the motor on one of them became so weak that I could no longer use it. I contacted Momcozy since the motors are “under warranty” which means absolutely nothing since you send them an email and go back and forth with them (they only reply once a day), which leads to them asking for videos of the broken motor and more. After a week of emailing them, and having to use 1 pump for both breasts 6 times a day (yes it was a tough week), I got the feeling that they didn’t care and were never going to send me a replacement, so I gave up and bought a pair of £60 breast pumps from Amazon which are exactly the same (same shape, same pumps, but better motor). I’ve used these for months now without issue. Shame on Momcozy for making it so difficult to get a replacement motor, as this can really affect a mums breastfeeding journey at the start when you need to keep up your supply for your baby. Being a new mum is already hard enough without dealing with a company like this during the first few weeks! So long story short, buy the cheaper version because they’re the same and spending more money doesn’t mean their better quality!

Not great suction
Love the hands free. Easy to clean. Easy to use.Not great suction. Mine lasted 6 months and has now suddenly stopped working.I assume they make them last that long as most people don’t use them past 6 months. Sadly now I have to buy new ones. I will be buying different ones I think.

Yay - they’re amazing!!
I was a little hesitant at blind buying these as they’re obviously not cheap plus I was using some money my mum had given me so was really worried it would be a waste/mistake. But after a lot of research and lots of review reading I decided to take a punt and hope for the best and I’m so glad I did as they’re brilliant! So easy to use, assemble, clean and sterilise - even my husband figured it out on his go! They don’t leak at all when securely pressed down and put together. I’ve lost ZERO milk which is of course amazing. My only gripe is that it only comes with the standard 24mm Falange which is way too big even for me and I have fairly huge nips lol. I used the little card that’s included to measure my nipples correctly (you kinda have to make them hard then poke them through the different sized holes) and realised that I needed a 21mm, so had to order them off amazon separately which was a shame as for the money you spend on the pumps you’d think they’d include a couple extra sized Falanges but never mind, it is what it is I guess. Other than that I’m really happy though so can’t complain too much! They fit inside most of my bras, I’m mainly breastfeeding so I use a clip type bra. I tend to use the pumps when I’m really full and need to empty my boobs. I’d 100% recommend these to any new mamas.
