I love this support because it doesn't make my knee sweat unlike others.Neoprene is the worst ! so I find this one is excellent. It gives me very good support and makes my knee feel stable. I'm able to walk now unlike before. My sister visiting from America advised me to try this make as it worked for her. I took a chance and so glad I did. Would highly recommend this make and seller.

Comfortable, well fitting, doesn't move, doesn't cause sweating like neoprene, did not feel like i was wearing an ortho anything. Perfectly helped my brain with prioperception, wore for long weekend of walking and didn't do my usual misplacement of foot or twists.

I'm not particularly impressed with this KS7 compression knee sleeve. I am recovering from persistent patella tendonitis and I usually run with a patella knee strap. My previous strap sits just below the knee cap and applies pressure directly to the patella tendon which gives me enough relief to complete my usual 5k runs. Having read the KS7 sales description on eBay I was hopeful that this sleeve would apply firm support to my tendon while also keeping the patella tracking correctly. I measured up my knee and ordered the medium. Overall, the sleeve seems to fit on my knee OK, but I can not feel any kind of difference in compression across the length of the sleeve. It simply compresses the whole area by the same amount so my patella tendon isn't supported enough. This design might work for some conditions, but I wouldn't recommend it do patella tendonitis recovery.

I've done an enormous amount of cycling, hiking and running in my time, from a teenager all the way up. I'm 54 now and slowed way down and my previously strong knees are starting to ache a little.When my dog pulls on her leash walking downhill, I am starting to feel that my knees are not as strong as they once were. I'm no longer bench pressing 175lb with my legs. While walking on an icy road in January, pulled by the dog, I slipped and fell. I'm walking only 2 miles a day and standing at my kitchen sink all day nowadays.I finally found sneakers with optimum support which helped my knees not ache but I still felt a little weak on my right one so I bought one of these sleeves. Never worn one before. It definitely helped maintain my balance and kept me more steady on my walks. It's fairly comfortable too. Wearing it feels like my knee is "put together" like maybe this sleeve is holding loose things in place. I'm lucky my knees aren't worse and this just helps me do a little exercise.

Knee sleeve is good, fits small so be careful when selecting size.
