I take two of these daily for prostate health. I like it because it doesn't cause any side effects with me. I think it helps, but that's hard to evaluate.

I bought Saw Palmetto for 97 yr old dad in Dec 2025. He takes 2 pills daily per instructions. After 3 wks, he said his need to urinate at night changed from every 2 hrs to only twice a night, midnight and 8am. So it's working well. Each person's body chemistry and health condition is unique so you may need 2-3 months to see results. If no results, try another supplement. The expiration date is printed on the bottom of the bottle. This bottle expires in 2 years (2025-2027).

OMG!!! I got this for my brother who has frequent ruination issues at night and has prostate issues. From day one, he only woke up one time when he used to wake up 5 times at night to use the bathroom. I asked him tot take 2 a day for three days then once a day until the bottle is out. Day 3 today and again he only got up once at night vs 5 times!! All praise to the almighty Yahuah I believe it is also the power of prayers and I can’t wait to see him completely healed once he finished his bottle. I am thinking now of taking it too because I have hair loss issues and I have been seeing a lot of reviews by females who taken it and saw progress. We got the original formula. He previously used the one with pumpkin and nettle ( different brand) finished the whole bottle with zero improvement, but this one was something else!

I have no reason to doubt that the product is legitimate, effective or fairly priced. I simply don't think adding it to my routine made any difference in any way that I can tell. Supplements are meant to fill gaps and I'm probably trying to fill a gap i don't have.
