For long long time I have been searching a sony sound bar cause I have Sony Bravia X90H. My first preference was HT A7000. But that was priced much higher. Though the new line up BRAVIA BAR 8 and 9 definitely have better soounds but again they cost much. At 45677/- with cashback I think this is the lowest price of its life price history. I got it at the price of A3000. For sound quality it's good. For music it lacks some delicate precision but apart from this it perfectly works fine with sony tvs. Looking to add SW5 subwoofer and best rear speaker RS 5 when I get a good deal. Easy to install and easy to use. The sound is very soothing to ear and bass is very sweet. And given the price what more can you ask? It's engineered by SONY and that's need no further reviews. Loving it.Spoiler alert: Go for HT A7000 at Rs 71000/- instead of Bar 8 or 9. Just wait and grab the deal. It was my dream deal but I couldn't grab. Your search for an audiophilic system ends here. I think this is the best budget music system ever made by Sony till now but downside is you should calibrate.This almost stand up to the sony legacy..Knowing that this wonderful system is manufactured by our Sony I am double happy because In my place kerala, Sony has a cult status. Great gift for music enthusiasts who continued to trust sony .Bar alone is also great,but components take it to next level. If you calibrate front speaker (0db) then others accordingly it is a wonderful sounding bar.db calibration is present in youtube..Only competition it will have is from Denon brands which produce cheap and exceptional quality soundbars. Really thankful to Sony for making this soundbar.My Score for music before calibration was 7.0 after calibration music:7.6/10, movies 7.5/10. Thanks Amazon for making my dream come true 🙏. The media could not be loaded. The bass is really good 10/10, I think subwoofer is not needed . Sound crystal clear vocals ,mids , and highs 9/10 .Only con is 360 effect is not at all there 3/10, i think For that we have to buy rear speakers .In the mentioned video my phone didn't picked the exact sound , it is very far better than in reality. I have sony A80l series , soundbar tv sync is really good , from tv speakers also your getting sound for that we have to connect soundbar to tv via aux cable it is included in box .

I am not much of a guy into music but always wanted a speaker to listen to those dialogue clearly on OTT and while watching movies some feel of theatre at home. This system does the job perfectly for that. Tried to listen to some music as well seemed pretty good to me.Adding more after using for a week. Do check the content you are playing by pressing display button on your soundbar unit for any dolby content, if it showing lpcm then same is not playing dolby. You will have to speak to sony support to get some settings sorted to play dolby.
