Solved the sag.
Difficult install but, solves a common problem, will be a lasting repair if you remove the heavy glove box door plate.

If your Z dose not yet have this, it’s a must!
Pretty straight forward installation, had to watch a few videos to fully see proper installation. But is definitely an upgrade in comparison to the OEM choice.

Sturdy part but no instructions
Seems like a good solid part and partially fixed my glove box sag; however, it came with no instructions on how it was to be installed. Seemed fairly straightforward, but left me unsure if I did it right. I did end up fabricating an extra bracket that was longer as I felt this still left some parts of the dash without sufficient support. This is more so a design flaw by BMW than an issue with this part, but the part itself could probably be improved to support the whole dash section.

en effet ca solidifie de beaucoup le coffre a gant. Pour demonter le tout c est pas evident,beaucoup de torsion du dos mais avec de la patience c est possible.
