Excellent product , and I am so glad the power cable is UK plug. I was looking for a mixer grinder for preparing dosa batter and was skeptical of buying anything online as wasn’t sure of the plug options and durability . Been using this for 3 years now and must say easy to use, blends well, two different jar size and compact as well to store away. Very pleased with this purchase

It looks great in first glance and is great value for money considering the amount of jars we get. The one I got seemed to have few damages. Since I need something for Dosa batter, I am looking for another one. To be honest, there is no better one at this price range. Pros: 1. Great looking design 2. Multiple purpose - Great set of jars 3. My favourite was when changing the speed it starts functioning at the moment we land the knob at a speed level - This made it les jumpy compared to other mixers I have used Cons: 1. The quality of the jars are not great - Very thin 2. On few minutes of operation, the jar got very hot and even the plastic at the bottom of jar started melting 3. Considering the previous one I owned, it is not too noisy Conclusion: If you prefer good looking and multi purpose jars. AND if you are planning to use for very short duration on each use, then you can go for this. BUT if you prefer heavy use and long term durability, then this will not be the one for you.

I’m honestly not sure what to say about this Geepas mixi. I ended up buying it twice in one year — and definitely not because I loved it so much I wanted a second. 🙃🙄 It is a decent product in terms of performance, but only for a short while. After around 7 months of use, the mini jar stopped working. And here in the UK, there’s no service centre or repair option available — which is frustrating.🙃 As someone who mostly uses the big jar for idly/dosa batter and the mini jar just for chutneys, it’s not even like I used it heavily. Still, I couldn’t find a replacement jar anywhere online, so I had no choice but to buy a new mixi. Now, with the second one, it’s been just 5 months — and the same issue again! The small jar stopped working after using it maybe 7 times total. Honestly, I’m completely fed up. I had hoped this Indian brand would suit Indian cooking needs, but sadly, it just doesn’t last, and there’s zero customer support. Tried every possible way to fix or replace it, but no luck. If you’re like me and cook Indian meals regularly, I can’t recommend this product.

While the Geepas Mixer Grinder offers decent performance, there are a few drawbacks that bring it down from a perfect rating. Pros: It's got two jars. Easy to clean. Got next day delivery. Cons: One of the drawbacks is the noise level. It can be quite loud when in use, which might be bothersome for some. Secondly, it is relatively bulky, taking up more counter space than some other models. Thirdly It's got a 550W motor, which is not that powerful enough to make smooth batter. Overall, the Geepas Mixer Grinder is a solid option if you're looking for a cheaper and versatile appliance. However, if noise and size are important factors for you, you might want to consider other options.

The wet and dry grinder is very good, it grinds effortlessly and many functions on it such as the juicer which I haven't tried yet but is something I will definitely use. Look and feel of the grinder, the body or base is fairly sturdy, the power on and off button feels abit light and flimsy. The stainless steel jugs are nice but handles again feel like I could snap if I was to pull hard when tightening or removing the jug of the base. For the price this is a great value grinder/blender and would recommend it to anyone.

Review after using for 1 year. Powerful, consistent, and handles everything from chutneys to batter without any issues. Definitely high performance and durable- very happy with purchase.

Couplers of both mixer and jars damaged due to low quality plastic. Its only 4 months. Home service not available. Not recommended. Not satisfied. Kindly use material that withholding heat
