Very good quality- fits together well.. no leaks between pan and cistern on lightly hand tightening the bolts, so all good. easy to understand instructions, syphon fits together well. Looks really good, flushes well (which is really important!) please remove the top blanking plug only to get flush to work properly (instructions are a little 'grey' on this point-or it could be me :)) - overall a great product, thoroughly recommended and fantastic value!

Great product. It fits in to the Victorian scheme perfectly. The product is well made and very sturdy.

First toilet suffered enamel peaking off after only 2 days use. Replacement quickly sent but cost of 2nd plumber visit not covered. The recommended additional purchase of enamel flush lever is very nice but sticks out further than the original cheap plastic one and has put a dent in our replacement wooden seat.

The enamel wore off during normal use and became permanently stained after 2 years.

Cheap and nasty. Had this plumbed in today by a qualified plumber and flushed it once and it broke ... Pull flush connecter not long enough... Badly manufactured...also leaking !!!!! payed out |£100to a plumber to fit it and he had to come back,,,, the cistern as a hairline crack in it and its leaking.... waiting for the seller to get in touch with either a replacement cistern, or I want a full refund.

Very stylish and sturdy toilet.Came well packed easy to install.Flush powerful compared to our last one.Money well spent.

Toilet is first class, 15 quid extra for soft close seat. was cracked and looked cheap plastic and needed re placing
