Very sturdy and reliable product

Cycle - Excellent. Seat quality - good. Tire quality - good. Gears - responsive. Other accessories - two reflectors - one each for front and rear, front and rear mud guards, a bottle holder and Air pump (definitely ignorable). After installation, the cycle is really a superb product. This is my first ever gear cycle and I am riding it really after a long time. I am 175cms and still while taking sharp turns left/right, my shoe/sandals touch the front wheel. Something, I'll probably get used to.Diet consultation with Arpita - It was really nice to chat with Arpita. She listened to my requirements and has formulated a nice Diet plan for me. A good initiative from Cult Sport.Self-installation and Installation support - Could be a way lot better. The one bitter experience about purchasing this cycle is with regards to installation. I am handy with tools and still, I struggled for an hour to self-install, especially the handle bar and front wheel. They are tricky and tools provided are inadequate. The YouTube video through QR code in the manual is a waste as it is an old video for a different model with different set of parts. When the customer care executive took my installation request, he provided another YouTube link which is the right one. The have also given a plastic air pump is one of the shoddiest pump I have ever seen. The screw to tighten the pipe is askew and doesn't go fully in. It couldn't be tightened with hand either. The tools provided work for other parts installation like wheel guards, pedal installation, but definitely not for handle bar installation. Even the bottle holder installation using Allen key was difficult as the angle of the bottle holder was tricky. So eventually, I called the customer care for installation support and after ping pong from one executive to other via Whatsapp, it took them an hour to respond and scheduled the installation for the next day.Installation - Two youngsters visited and the installation was very smooth. They explained the gear system and shared tips for better maintenance. Still, it befuddles me why can't Amazon and CultFit pre-arrange the installation based on the estimated delivery date. I'm sure only in 1% cases, the delivery would be missed/rescheduled and in such cases, the request can be delayed.Overall - The Cycle is excellent. Downshifting is smooth both left (front shaft) and right (back shaft). left upshifting I found it a bit difficult but it could be because I'm riding a gear cycle for the first time. Except for the self-installation experience which left me with a bitter taste, the overall experience was a good.I think going forward one should always expect next day installation of any large appliances purchased from Amazon. Same day installation should only be considered a miracle.

I bought this cycle for my son and here is the review from him:The cycle’s quality is superb. It is worth for the money. The quality of the shock absorbers is just amazing. The cycle’s functioning is smooth. It is easy for me to get on or off the cycle. Its colour ( mutant green ) really suits the cycle. When I drive the cycle on a road full with potholes and speed breakers or off road, it is a really smooth experience due to the very high quality shock absorbers. I would recommend the cycle if you like to go off roading or ride in an area full of potholes or inferior quality roads.

The media could not be loaded. This is really good for anyone trying to experiment the cycling or to satisfy the desire of having a cycle. My needs are very simple, go nearby places on regular basis and accompany my kids on Sunday for 10km ride. So far it is good (couple of weeks).Pros. - gear set (drive train) standard Shimano tourney gear set , front fork with shock absorber, disco brake, cycle build quality and its light weight.Cons: Nothing bothers but it would be better to have the lock in fork do that you have the option to have the rigid fork for clean roads.Also it comes with mud guard ( both front and back), water bottle holder and side stand.Over all it is worth the money. Go for it!!!Assembled in no time. All you need is just book an appointment once you have your parcel in your door step.

It's build quality is very good and is giving a very smooth experience while riding and it's easy to shift the gears and it's good for someone with good height because since the tyres are 29 inches it already takes up the height and if you are a short person or moderate height you won't have that much chance to adjust the height of seat I felt it's one thing everyone should keep in mind regarding comfort.

Bicycle is really good and easy to assemble. Apart from the given tool few extra wrench required. There was an issue with Front Gear and was able to resolve by calling the customer service smoothly. I also got diet plan from cult.fit and based on my daily routine and preferences I got the diet plan. Overall good experience.

Excellent product, received in good condition, well packaged and delivered as per schedule.The instructions manual is good enough to fix it at home without any need for cycle mechanic.Loved the cycle, everything is good enough, except the small cycle pump provided in the package, the cycle pump was not good quality and broke when we tried pumping air into the tyres.Overall after using for one month Cycling is smooth with good brakes front and back.The gear shifting is also smooth.I will recommend to go for 29 inch provided your height is above 5 feet and 8inches.

Very nice and sturdy cycle… Quality of material is really good… very easy to assemble and my 12yr son did the assembling… Thanks to cult…wait for the offer price and buy.. I bought it for 10.5k… but not in offer it’s 8.5k…
