I need a sustain pedal, that transmits only 0 (sustain off) and 127 (sustain on), with no intermediate values. Would NP-2 do the job?

It's designed to simulate a normal piano sustain pedal, so I suppose it will do what you want. I don't have it now since I bought another piano and gave that one away to a charity shop, so I can't check for sure. It is a good quality pedal though.

Does this pedal work with Yamaha P115?

I don't have a Yamaha. But the pedal should work with any keyboard with a sustain pedal input.
