I have no idea how some people have had problems getting the gum out of the tray. Maybe they’re so impatient that they don’t have time to fold the perforated edges and they just smash it against a wall or maybe use a hammer like a chimp. And yes, the packs have an extra layer to seal in the gum, and so long as you have eyes, you can see the tab that lets you take the back foil and paper off. Paper, of which, needs to be there both as a disclaimer as to what kind of gum it is, and also likely to keep it staying fresh. As for the gum, it’s great. It’s a great price, the spearmint flavor is fine, and it’s texture and such are just fine. A lot of people are complaining about how the flavor doesn’t last as if this is trying to be a culinary masterpiece of gum world renown or a delicious distraction from their nicotine addiction. No, this is nicotine gum. People use it to focus, kick cigarettes, or whatever else. This is the brand I use to study and keep focus at work sometimes. Zero years smoking. Goes well with caffeine, fasting, and some light cardio. Don’t eat a feast and then chew the gum, it says so right on the box.

When I stopped smoking 30+ years ago I used nicotine go to help me stop smoking. Back then it tasted god-awful. I would have to chew a piece of mint gum for a minute and then add a half a piece of nicotine gum, and could only chew it for a few seconds before the nasty taste became to much. Lately I’ve been struggling with exhaustion. I know nicotine is a powerful stimulant hoping this gum would give me a little boost of energy I ordered this gum. I taste nothing like nicotine gum, dead 30 years ago this is actually tasty gum. But I didn’t get the quite the boost I wanted so I will order a stronger dose to get the boost in energy need. If you are trying to quit smoking, definitely use nicotine gum, and patches to assist you in quitting. Quitting smoking was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. The first 3 weeks were the hardest. I threw everything I could at quitting smoking because I only wanted to go through that discomfort and difficulty once! I saw a hypnotist, use nicotine patches and gum, and took Wellbutrin after a couple months. I never thought about smoking again! I wish you the best if you’re quitting, do everything you can to be successful using nicotine replacement is way better than smoking. Don’t let anyone tell you that you’re trading one addiction for another. I used to work for a cigarette company and the things they do to make cigarettes more addictive is unconscionable nicotine itself has some health benefits, especially for neurological issues.

Great flavor. No adverse sensation. No interference with the flavor. It just tastes like regular gum. (I am not sure if a higher amount of nicotine would affect the flavor or not. I really like the Cinnamon flavor in 4 mg. But the nicotine content is a little more obvious. I plan to try the 4mg version of this flavor to find out to find out if there is a difference in the taste.) *I hated the sensation one of the lozenges gave me*

Off and on I've purchased this Amazon brand nicotine gum when I couldn't supply myself with my usual brand. It does have nicotine in it, so if you're involved in quitting tobacco as I am, that's valuable enough. But this definitely isn't the greatest gum going. It's rather hard on the body, I notice-- apparently the sweetening is quite nasty, because it gives me headaches. And its formulation isn't as good as some others. It's actually too sticky. I mean, that sounds strange, I know, but this gum is so sticky that you might end up having to put something in the freezer to harden the gum and remove it from something, if you're not careful and get it on some fabric or something. It really, really sticks to everything. It's competitively priced and I appreciate getting it very quickly through Amazon, but I usually sort of regret it if I buy some. I suppose it's good enough if it means you don't end up smoking.

I received it on May 22nd and started using it as soon as I received it. I threw all the vapes in the trash as an act of faith. Today, the 26th, I haven't used vapes for 4 days, and I was very addicted... This gum has helped me a lot!! I still miss it a little, but that's where willpower comes in!! Believe me, this gum is amazing! The only thing is that I practically have a piece of gum in my mouth all the time... And it's starting to hurt my teeth... My teeth are sensitive now, but I'll try gradually reducing the use of gum. Guy's, you can buy it and it will help you stop this damn addiction that destroys our lungs. *** Update: Today, September 18th, it's been a few months since I stopped using gum. I only use Zyn Pouches. The gum was hurting my tooth...Im Vape-free... I started with 3mg Zyn, I tested all the flavors, the one I liked the most was the spearmint. You leave it on your tongue until it's very wet and then with your tongue you drag it up your gums... After about two months I started using Zyn 6mg. It changed my life! I never thought I would be able to stop using vape. ****Update: Today, October 28th 2025, I'm still vape-free! Thank God, and it all started because of this gum, it was the starting point... Now I don't use 6mg Zyn Pouches anymore, it started to get too strong for me, I went back to the 3mg and the one I liked the most was the spearmint flavor after trying all the flavors... Don't give up, guys! If I can do it, you can do it.
