Clear and actionable
If you live in a chaotic and noisy city on a diet of 4 or 5 hours of sleep, then don't be surprised if your energy level is not at its best. This book explains the basic of your energy level and feeling of well being, and provides a list of supplements and recommendations to increase your energy level.

No More Fatigue... this book and a couple others.
I think that this book is pretty thorough and was very useful to me. I suspect, however, that a more complete, ancestral diet approach to the sections on eating habits and diet would be even more helpful, as they were for me. Take a look at "The Primal Blueprint", "The Paleo Solution" and other ancestral diet books.

No More Fatigue
This is a good first book for someone who wants a overview of the subject. If you are already familiar with the material then you may find this is repetive; but hey--how much research is being done on the topic? I liked his writing style, found it interesting and loved his listing of many supplements and suggestions on what could improve your condition. Gave it 4 stars for comprehension, interesting writing style and self help suggestions.

Good information
This review is based on the Audible audiobook. I'm not quite finished with this book yet. All in all, I'm glad I got it. It has a lot of interesting stuff in it, even though I don't agree with all the suggestions.The Cons: Jack Challem is really, really big on supplements. He is also really big on eating protein.The Pros: A lot of good information on how inflammation is the root cause of a hosts of degenerative diseases here in America. Two thumbs up for this info. I knew some of this, but I learned a lot from this part of the book.Not sure: The author rails on coffee/caffeine for what seem like the first quarter of the book. I sort of agree, but there are a lot of large studies that show coffee drinkers have a lot less of certain diseases than non-coffee drinkers. For instance (source WebMD):A growing body of research shows that coffee drinkers, compared to nondrinkers, are:* less likely to have type 2 diabetes, Parkinson's disease, and dementia* have fewer cases of certain cancers, heart rhythm problems, and strokesI've been into alternative medicine since I was a teenager. At one time I would have eaten this book up. Again, I'm happy to have been exposed to the material, but I've kind of moved away from taking large amounts of supplements and moved more in the direction of trying to eat right and exercise more.There are whole cultures around the world who do not get degenerative diseases like we do here in America, and a lot of them wouldn't know what supplements were. They also tend to eat less animal protein than we do, not more. I can't help but think we have so over complicated things here in America that we can't manage to live without taking handfuls of pills each day.Having an alternative medicine background, though, if Challem's approach works for you, then good for you. I'm not absolutely opposed to things that work, even if how you get there is not optimum.Personally, if people around the world can manage to live without getting degenerative diseases, it seems the solution is to look into what they are doing, not trying to keep doing what we are doing and relying on shovelling in the pills to attempt to counteract our poor diets. That's just me, though.

Well-Written and Practical Advice
I really liked this book but I'm not giving it 5 stars because there wasn't any earth shattering new information in it. I did learn some things (about quercetin's role in mitochondria for example), but I'm fairly familiar with the topic so perhaps the information in the book would be more novel to those newer to the subject. This was an enjoyable read and is really loaded with practical advice. The author takes a holistic and integrated approach covering what he calls the "Five Circles of Fatigue".StressEating HabitsHormonesIllnessAgingThe author includes a lot of information and recommendations on supplements which I think are valuable.All in all I would recommend this to anyone who is suffering from fatigue or just wants to learn more about its causes and what you can do about them. Fatigue results from being unhealthy and so this is just great and simple advice on how to be healthier as well. Thumbs up.

[Tired of being tired] を読んだ後では目新しさも驚きもなし。著者の説とレシピに従うと大量のサプリメントとターキー、チキン、ラム、野菜とフルーツ、オリーブオイルでこれからの人生を送ることになりそうなのはつらい。10日間の朝昼夕レシピを見ると、残りものの使いまわしを多用し、量も少なく、とても体格の良い欧米人が耐えられるものとは思えない。日本の緑茶やそば、葛を推奨しているのが目をひいた。参考に取り入れたいと思うところもあったが、全体では拒否感が強い。
