Maybe, but polvoron is quite crumbly, I use these for sticky candy so it doesn’t stick to the wrapper, also they might not be big enough.

Q: Would these be good to wrap fudge?

They should be fine for fudge . I used them for caramels . Be patient . I that’s a minute to separate them . But all brands do
