It doesn't seem Amazon has provided the required FDA nutrition facts in this listing. I do not see calories, fats, carbs, nor protein amounts listed anywhere here as is legally required.

Does it need refrigeration *before* opening?

Yes, requires refrigeration always. Before & after opening. It’s also perishable and only last 2 weeks max after opening. But it’s the best coffee creamer out there in the market. My favorite by far, since they starting making it!!

How can you find out expiration date before you order creamer singles. I am the only one in my household that uses it?

To my knowledge, there isn't a way for you to find the expiration date before you buy it. I believe some people in the reviews were annoyed that they expired quickly. I received mine on March 28th and they expire August 13. So it is luck of the draw. I suggest buying them because this 192 pack was the same price as three 24 packs at my local CVS (the only place I could find them). So for me, I would still save money if I only used half of them.
