This item was a great product for the price. Soft fabric. Easy to assemble and worked immediately the way it should. It does not recline completely flat ( most don’t). The remote is separate from the buttons on the side to recline and lift. It does heat, it does vibrate/massage but not a large amount. Writing on the remote is very small

Good comfort i am a very big man so the chair fits me very nicely, many different modes are very nice heat and message works great can also choose modes. Plug-ins are on electric wire leading in and the white and red plug into each other, these wires are located end of seat.

Nice chair, comfortable, heat is nice but the vibration is weak and somewhat annoying.

My son set up my recliner for me, and let me tell you. It exceeded my expectations. It’s so comfortable, and being I’m having a lot of arthritis throughout my body, I love the heat and message features. The thing I love the most though is that it lifts me up, because I’m having knee pain, and it takes the pressure off when getting up. Can’t wait to order 1 or 2 more, possibly 3! It was very easy to put together

We had a problem assembling the chair although eventually it was actually an easy process. However, there was a manufacturing defect. We contacted ANJ and they were very nice to us and sent us an exact (except for the defect) replacement chair. The replacement chair went together very easily. ANJ let us keep the first chair at no cost to us. We gave the original chair to a couple who needed a lift chair. The husband was talented with assembling furniture and after some minor metal refabrication, the chair was in full operation. So not only is this a good chair but, ANJ provided great service.

I bought this chair when it was $399. It quit working within two months so I requested to return it for a new one. They sent me a new one and told me I could keep the old one within six months the second one quit working. These chairs are not worth the money. I definitely got ripped off even though I have two chairs.

Easy to assemble except the left side arm metal to slide on was bent. Had to straighten out to make it slide in. Otherwise very comfortable and sturdy. Heat and massage works great. Plus the the lift is great to help get out of recliner for my fiance that has arthritis and back problems.
