I am a female in my 40’s—-I’ve been using this product for over a year now and there is a noticeable difference in nail strength and hair health! Easily absorbed—I mix with a liquid or smoothie and just drink it down! Texture is liquid, less thick than an oil. I don’t notice a flavor or a smell, but that may be due to what I’m mixing it with. I’ve never tried taking it just straight from the tincture. The bottle size is good… with daily use I get well over a months worth of doses(at 2 grams/dose). The only thing I found as a negative was the quality of the dropper provided. There’s no way to accurately measure dose size. I have a kitchen scale that I use to accurately measure. *Keep product refrigerated for freshness *am happy with the value for price
