These fit just fine, but need to bet fitted carefully.
OK these fit fine in my elite, which was my big concern. The screwdrivers work fine also. This repair is easy to do but the only thing is putting the replacement buttons back on just right. If you dont so this it looks like these dont fit but with some wiggling they click in. So keep adjusting you will know when its right, took me a couple of go's but got there in the end. Its right when the move and work as they are suppose too, if they are pushing the triggers back when depressed there not in right.

Worked fine after some small modifications
After watching a disassembly video on YouTube I managed to get the controller apart easily using the supplied tools. After removing the original broken bumper assembly, I fitted the replacement. It went in easy enough, after checking to make sure all the plastic standoffs were located where they need to be, be sure to check this before fully re-assembling the controller.Once up and running however I noticed that the RB button was acting unusually, I found that on occasion it was activating both the RB and LB buttons. I dis-assembled the controller to double check the fitment and found everything was where it was supposed to be, however it was still causing issues with button activation. Whilst looking at how it all goes together, and how the bumpers actually work, I identified that the likely cause was that the middle joint section was actually coming away from the back of the middle controller “plate” (bit that goes around the Xbox logo button of the elite pad). This would then cause it to activate the LB when the RB is being pressed as the pivot point is shifting. To overcome this I put a small blob of glue onto the back plate before re-fitting the replacement bumper assembly to the 2 posts. Once dry I reassembled the bumper assy to the controller. This stopped the assembly from shifting about, however I found that the LB was permanently active, so the dimensions must have been a little off compared to the original bumper assembly. To overcome this I removed a little material from the LB “fin” of the replacement assembly to give a little extra clearance. This did the trick and now the buttons are working perfectly. The finish on the buttons feel fine and after a few tweaks they function correctly. Definitely worth picking up if the bumper buttons if your elite controller are not functioning correctly. Seems to be a common issue due to poor design by MS. Whilst these weren’t perfect, as in they weren’t a simple straight swap and go, it’s definitely better than having to shell out for a new elite controller.

A very good, sturdy replacement
A very tight fit, you might have to really squeeze the 2 holes onto the front dampers little nodules.Requires careful positioning and some patience but works perfectly after that. They DO fit, if they aren't then you have something misaligned, each of the groves/slots on the underside of the bumpers have a specific place they sit. I highly recommend using good lighting for this job as it can be difficult to see when aligning those slots.I didn't use the tools provided(I have my own teardown kit) but they looked fine for the job. And they come in a nice clear, plastic tub for storage, a nice touch.Physically using them feels exactly like the originals when they were new, very snappy/clicky.

A simple fix for a very common design fault.
It is shocking that so many people who've bought an Xbox Elite controller have to resort to self help as Microsoft are not interested in the utterly shoddy LB/RB button design flaw that sees them breaking with regularity. This replacement item is the best alternative to buying a new controller.Tips:Watch 2 or 3 youtube videos that show how to take off the grip covers - so you get an idea of the procedure before attempting it.Locate the screw under the sticker in the battery compartment too (some rip the sticker out, but a needle will allow you to remove some of the sticker to access the screw). With all 5 screws now out turn the pad the right way up and copy the replacement videos. It's very simple, although the reassembly/lining up the new bumpers can be fiddly. My only real criticism is there's no silver colour choice given they say they are for Elites and silver is standard. That said, within 10 minutes I had my controller back up and running.Someone needs to engineer a non-plastic version of this part as the design is so poor by Microsoft - it is only a matter of time until it breaks again. This replacement (thankfully 2 in the box) fitted straight off. No issues whatsoever. Clicks in to place and works.Usual good packaging and swift delivery. The tamper head screwdrivers are useful to have too - so pretty good value all round.

DO NOT BUY
Do not buy this if you want to use the bumpers, the bumpers do not fit into the holes which hold them in place. I had to use my standard Xbox controller's bumpers on my elite controller in turn leaving the standard controller without any bumpers. The tools worked well, except the plastic thing that takes the handles(?) off the controller since it broke very easily, making me have to use a protractor (which I recommend using) to take the handles(?) off.Ps. If you are getting switching bumpers from a standard controller to a elite just switch both the bumpers and the part which is around the Xbox home button since the holes the bumpers go fit into fit loosely if you use the standard Xbox bumpers on the elite Xbox home button thingy (there are pictures).

Dont Bother
I gave this item 2 stars solely for the tools it comes with. The actual shoulder buttons are useless. They don't fit correctly and are of questionable quality, but then again, what do you expect for a couple of quid. Steer clear and spend an extra tenner or so on the real parts as this is crap.

Good tools, bumper needs trimming though...
Fitment was perfect on the left bumper but kinda weird on the right. I had to trim some off to make it work most of the time is pressed. Includes nice tools at least.
