Initial Impressions Very Positive - Incredibly Lightweight and Well Constructed
Purchased this for bikepacking and other outdoor activities (hiking, backpacking) to charge my phone, bike computer/GPS, and lights, and to have on hand for power outages. It is incredibly lightweight for the size (11.42oz), stores easily in a top tube bag or backpack, has rounded edges so there aren't sharp corners to rub/tear bags, and it has impressive charging capabilities. After two weeks of initial testing, I've gotten 8 full charges on my iPhone 12 Mini. Each charge took between 2:15 and 2.5 hours or slightly longer after each subsequent charge. Each time I charged my phone from 15 to 20% power (low battery mode) to 100%. After the 8th charge the power bank is completely dead and takes several hours to recharge from a standard wall outlet using an Apple charging cube and the included USB to C cord. There are four blue LED power indicator lights that each correspond to approximately 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% power remaining, as well as a white LED light to indicate the low current mode when using that feature. When charging a device the blue LEDs remain on and turn-off after after the device is charged or you unplug the charging cable. When the power bank is low and nearly dead the blue LED blinks to alert you. For how lightweight this power bank is (it's literally half the weight of similar Goal Zero and other brand power banks of the same capacity), it still feels solid and well constructed. I haven't tested the water resistance and it's too early to comment on the long-term durability but so far I'm very impressed with this power bank and will be testing it out on a 7-day, 350 mile bikepacking trip soon.

Stopped working - Terrible customer service
A fantastic product when it worked. Lightweight, fast-charging, and perfect size. However, one day, it stopped working; it did not charge, and nothing lit up, just a brick. I contacted customer service, and my only options (I was still under warranty - within the year) were to ship it to China on my own dime, or they would provide a small discount for a new product. Terrible. It's such a bummer because the product could be great.

A little powerhouse!
I recently had the opportunity to put the Nitecore Carbo 20000 Lightweight 20000mAh Power Bank to the test on a section hike of the Pacific Crest Trail, and I am thrilled to report that it exceeded my expectations in every way. As prepared for my section hike I was on the lookout for a power bank that could strike reasonable balance between weight, compactness and performance. I settled on the the Carbo 20000 which turned out to be a little powerhouse of a power bank that delivered reliable performance and peace of mind during my nearly 300-mile journey. With its massive 20000mAh capacity, I was able to charge my devices multiple times, including my phone, headlamp, portable airpump, Garmin inReach Mini2 and Instinct watch, without worrying about running out of juice. One of the standout features of the Carbo 20000 is its impressive weight-to-power ratio. At just 14.3 oz, it's incredibly lightweight and easy to carry on the trail. The sleek design and compact shape make it easy to slip into a backpack or pocket, and the durable construction can withstand the rigors of outdoor use. The Carbo 20000 also features Nitecore's proprietary technology, which enables efficient charging and discharging. This means that it can charge your devices quickly and maintain its own battery life over extended use. In addition to its impressive performance, the Carbo 20000 is also incredibly easy to use. Charges like a beast
I bought the 20,000mAh battery for a 4 night / 5 day hike on the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. I took a Pixel 7 phone and a pixel watch, along with an action camera. I calculated the total charge capacity I would need to sustain me for 5 days and it all fit within the 20k mah budget. I made it through the whole hike without having to worry about being out of juice, topping off to 100% every night and still having a charge in the battery when I came down from the mountains. I now use it for charging my phone and ear buds while traveling for work or commuting home from work. I will say that despite it being a carbon fiber body, it's still a 20k mah battery and is still fairly heavy. I didn't feel it in my pack on the hike, but I can tell the difference when I have it in my work backpack and when I don't. I still really love it and find myself charging my phone with the battery instead of plugging my devices into a wall when at work. The same is true for when I'm at a hotel.
