Legend930122 Egg Style Front Door Knob Entry Lockset, US15 Satin Nickel Finish

I absolutely loved the design of this door knob. I have trouble turning knobs that are round. This was perfect. Easy to grab and turn even if your hand was wet from the rain.Update July 2018: 2 months after installing and enjoying this knob, my daughter turned it and open the door to go outside, and the inside knob fell off in her hand. No rough treatment of this door knob. No heavy use. I am very disappointed. My return date ended last month. It would probably cost me more in shipping than its worth to have it replaced. I will be contacting the company that makes them. I don't know if they will honor it but the box says it has a warranty. We shall see. If they replace it without a hassle I may be back to raise the stars. But for now I am very disappointed.Update Oct 14, 2018. I never heard back from anyone about my problem with the doorknob or the warranty. I ended up taking it apart and discovered that this cheaply made door knob had a small ring that clips on to the handle and holds it in place which had popped off. It took some doing but I managed to pop the ring back on to the knob and reattach it. So for now the door knob is useable again, however the ring that holds the knob on is now sprung and I highly doubt it stays in place long. Further inspection of the mecanisms inside the doorknob show it was not made well at all. The metal is thin and they took a lot of short cuts in producing it which served to create what could have been an amazing door knob, but will need to be replaced sometime soon due to its cheap design and flaws. I am dropping my rating to 1 star for 3 reasons. Lack of customer service, poor performance, and product failure. I highly suggest you buy a heavier made knob for an entry door as this one is not secure.

I was in the process of staining a couple of doors for our bedrooms and wanted to get locks for them that are more secure than the typical bed/bath locks. Went to Home Depot and saw that this style knob with a legit lock was about $36 each but I think those are more secure for an outside door. So off to Amazon and searched for similar locks and found this product for about half the price of the lock from Home Depot. Great. Ordered them on Friday and received them on Sunday--great. I opened the boxes and they looked OK to me and felt sturdy. However when my wife looked at them, she said "These are dented and scratched". Sure enough both handles had scratches and dents which could not have come from shipping (see pic). I'm sure they had been installed and returned and then sent to me. Very disappointing because they looked perfect for the job. So had to go to Home Depot and pay the extra money. I would have given this product 5 stars had it not been damaged.

These are not high security but work for my interior doors. I will be renting and want to keep some of my rooms locked.

I ordered four of these and they looked like they we parts that was thrown in a big box and pieces put together to make the set. They had scratches all over and one even had dirt on it. I really needed these for a house I'm renting and didnt have the time to send them back. I am really unhappy with this purchase.

Beautiful door knob but It came with dents. Can I get a discount for them?

Good value for price. Easy installation. Has a slight inferior feel to it, not a solid knob.

I like the looks and the quality is decent, but they seem to get easily damaged in transit. I ordered 2, a passage and entry and they both have dents in them.
