My best spray product for surfaces

I spray it onto the surface and wipe with a wet cloth as how I clean my counter. But it foams a lot and forever. If I wipe the surface again with a wet cloth, it will foam much more. I don’t know if I am doing something wrong, but I don’t like seeing my counter with white foam all over. Obviously I cannot just rinse my counter with a lot of water just so I can get rid of the foam.
