I have tried many brands of cacao.I don’t only bake with it. I eat it raw with dried cherries 😋I’m so excited to find this brand! It’s organic and very clean tasting.Many other cacao brands have a bit of shell in them. When you eat it, feels like biting a rock.“Crush this” is so clean! No shells. It is definitely the best I have ever eaten.You won’t be disappointed.

I bought the chocolate because it’s healthy and has no added sugar. I was buying bars at the grocery store, which was much more expensive, so thought I would try this even though they are intended for cooking. They taste exactly the same as the bars I was buying and are delicious. It’s a healthy treat and I ordered another 6 bags.

This dark chocolate is great! I eat it as an after-lunch snack, and it’s delicious. I’ve tried other 100% dark chocolates before, and they’re usually very bitter — sometimes too much. But this one is different. It’s not sweet, of course, but it has a deep, smooth chocolate flavor and is almost not bitter at all. It keeps me satisfied and helps me avoid extra snacking. Highly recommend for anyone who loves pure dark chocolate!

We use these as the base for home made chocolate. I grind it in a chocolate melanger for 6+ hours along with cacao butter, sugar, and sometimes milk powder or other flavors. It has a really nice flavor. When ground long enough, it makes a very smooth chocolate that tempers well.I like knowing that my chocolate doesn't contain anything added if I didn't put it in there. When I make 86% dark (32 oz nibs, 4 oz cacao butter, 6 oz sugar) I indulge in moderate amounts daily without guilt.

I LOVE chocolate. I prefer my chocolate without the heavy metals and the child labor. TCHO fits the bill so well. I adore the shape, great for baking or eating. Super dark and lovely. Well crafted and delicious. Fresh and a pretty good deal for the larger bag. Highly recommend!

I started by buying a 3-Pack of Dark & Bitter baking chocolate on Amazon and was impressed with the quality.Later, I got a 15% discount code from TCHO to order directly from them. So I ordered (3) 3-Packs, which is 9 Bags in total. They then shipped me a box with only 3 Bags!I immediately reached out to them to let them know they had shipped the wrong amount. I asked them to either send me the remaining quantity or issue a partial refund for the bags I didn’t get.My first email was ignored. So, I followed up with a second email, and that one didn’t get a reply either. Finally, I decided to CC the CEO on my third email, hoping to get their attention.No one from the company, including the CEO, has replied to any of my emails, and it’s been months since I placed my order!DO NOT ORDER FROM TCHO!!!STAY AWAY!!!

Great, smooth 100% chocolate. Really worth the price. Even enjoyable for a snack.

I think the name sweet & sassy lead me to think that it would have a spicy element. Nope just plain old bitter sweet chocolate. It did have a nice shiny look & snap when tempered. I didn't lose anything, it just wasn't as expected.
