Im falling to pieces but this Tape saves great Pain
I was sold this item at discount for test and review on Amazon. I gave this a good long trial to get a sound feeling for this tape. I have suffered Carpal Tunnel and Tennis elbow since having discs removed from my neck. This tape arrived in fast time a credit to the company, and was well packaged. It also came with a sheet with diagrams on how to use and apply for a great variety of places on the body, this I thought was really good as it guides you in correct application and use, im sure there are similar products out there that may not come with diagrams. After reading and determining where and how I needed to use it I went about application. Verysimple process for my needs, just measure the lengths required, using the backing of the tape as it has squares that act as the measurement 1square= 1cm with the 5cm line in bold Black lines, then with ordinary scissors cut along the line and then peel off backing and then apply to area of body needed following instructions if stated ie bend arm to 90 degree angle for application. Simple. After a while I had noticed a lessened level of pain indeed, I cant explain it but it helped in reducing the pain I was suffering. It didnt stop it entirely but an improvement for me was as good as a cure. Having the relief was long awaited and needed. I still use it regularly particularly on bad days and wear it for a couple of days at a time often. It is quite comfortable and not noticeable under clothing. What else makes this exceptional is that the sticky side of the tape is a good quality as it doesnt rip all of your hair out when removing and also the gungy lines you get like with plasters on skin washed off really easily, shows the people behind this really gave it a lot of thought regarding its benefits and use etc. I definitely reccomend this product especially for those with sports or repetative strain problems, it is so worth giving it a go. I was hugely sceptical about how a bit of tape can help yet I was truly and greatly surprised by the difference it makes. Its something I will be buying again and again knowing my aches and pains lol

That it takes the pressure, which it does.
Good.

Helpful but painful little roll of tape.
So I bought this product as I read you can use this tape for Symphysis pubis dysfunction (SPD) during pregnancy. You wrap it around your tummy I'm sure there's a method and it eases the stress like a pelvic gridle. I thought this would be a much easier less obvious especially during summer way to do it. I have alot of excess skin hanging down on my tummy due to damaged tissue from a previous pregnancy, some parts I feel no pain, others is very sensitive, so I taped along there to hold it abit more firm then across a little higher. It eased the pain somewhat esp. during bed. Rolling onto my side which is usually very painful and sitting up was like a very mild hum. It improved over a few days and the pain became dull. It also eased pressure on my lower back when I applied the tape vertical. Upon taking it off gradually went back to worse. However, I did experience a few issues, my tummy esp. due to the stretch marks did get quite itchy. When I first applied the tape and pulled it off to re allign it, it stuck back down after a few strokes except for the edges; but the longer I left it on the harder it was to come off. And it literally tore small patches of my skin off in some places. I had blood😅 The next time I reapplied it I creamed my tummy abit earlier that day and the itching and tearing of skin subsided. It still stuck well but removing it was easier. Sticking it down did take a few extra pieces as it lost parts of it's stick (due to the cream) and the fact the material is abit stretchy ( I thought it would be like a giant waterproof plaster without the gauze. It does say to use soap and water to get it off which I did not. I did rub oil on it the 4th time as I was removing it and that help with the pulling also but it was time consuming. I didn't try it in the bath but it did survive several showers however I think leaving it for more the 24hrs can be about unhygienic. It smelt abit after 38 hours when I pulled it off. Did it do the job? yes. Would I use it again? When I run out maybe not, I May look for an alternative, something with less elasticity perhaps?

Works. Muscular compression and support certainly, but Physios tape plan would probably help more!
UPDATE December 2018 Without going out for a run this stayed on for about 4 days, it stayed on while my knee recovered, that included showers. It did feel ike it was helping almost immediately by giving extra support to ligaments and muscles around my knee. HOWEVER when going for a run I put it on following the patterning / placement suggested by a KT Tape video (I think - and not a misspelling - KT Tape) and around a mile in the tape was coming off and flapping around so I had to just take it off. The same thing happened on the next run. So the KB tape comes off as soon as I start to warm up and skin becomes damp underneath the tape. After that I got fed up with the 10 minutes rounding corners and applying the tape only to wind up putting it into a pocket or bin within 10 minutes of actually running. I hadnt been aware of my knees getting warm / damp before but they do... or they did with the tape worn. Gave up with KB Tape for wearing while running but might keep it for wearing when hobbling around the house for support when not exercising. I might try one of the other brands to help support the ongoing knee issue when exercising, something like Rock Tape I am told might be better and stay on supporting my dampening knees when out running. ORIGINAL POSTING EARLY OCTOBER 2018 (before running with it) ========== Arrived on time with contents as advertised. Seems like a decent length of tape available. Using it on a knee injury I picked up on a run when I did a full length faceplant after foot met root and face, elbows, knees all hit the dirt hard. The tape feels like its helping a lot already (in a totally unqualified knee owners opinion!) - I have tried to use some sense of "where it hurts" and a little knowledge of how the tendons and muscles etc wrap around the knee area. My running group leader has said that it would probably be better to go to a physio, have them examine it and apply the tape the first time and then continue by copying thier taping plan. Its stretchy so it can compress the muscular tissue where its applied, it stays on (3 days with showers and its still in place... apart from one bit that I took off after 2 days and which still took my leg hair with it). I think its working, my knee was taking a long time (a few weeks) to recover and minutes after putting the tape on I could feel a measurable difference in the "tweaking" pain I had been getting going up and down stairs. So thumbs up from me but it would probably work as a mending aid better if I was going from a physios tape plan... Knees+thigh injuries are complicated but I have seen other runners using similar tape and they all seem to think it works as an aid to help recovery after injury, supporting mending muscles while you get out and gently test the recovery - totally unqualified opinion there!

Reasonably priced but not as effective as other tape
This tape looked good but on application did not have the usual stickiness that I would have expected. I bought it to match the t shirt on a charity walk but it was not as effective as I had hoped. Usually I would have to wet the area to rip off the tape but this was buckling and canned off really easily. I guess you get what you pay for.

Sticky, stretchy, and skin-safe—solid tape for support, recovery, or active graft days.
This roll’s built for movement—elastic stretch mimics skin and muscle, giving support without locking you down. Adhesive’s strong but skin-friendly—sticks through sweat and shifts, but peels off clean without rash or residue. Uncut roll means you trim to fit—great for custom wraps on knees, shoulders, or calves. Camo design adds a bit of edge—looks sharp in the gym or on-site. Tape holds up for a full day, even under work trousers or compression gear. Ideal for recovery, injury prevention, or just keeping joints stable on long shifts or heavy lifts. Perfect for anyone who wants flexible support without faff or bulk. Minor gripe: backing paper can be fiddly—takes a steady hand to peel clean. 👍 Pros ✅ Strong adhesive—sticks through sweat and movement ✅ Elastic stretch—supports without restricting ✅ Uncut roll—custom lengths for any area ✅ Skin-safe—no rash or irritation ✅ Camo design—adds style to function 👎 Cons ❌ Backing paper can be fiddly to remove ❌ No pre-cut strips—manual trim needed ❌ Not waterproof—holds up to sweat, not soaking

Blistering & stinging
This tape is not as sticky as others and if left on too long, it causes stinging and itching, followed by blisters the next morning.

Works great! Just clean your skin before applying for stickiness
I use it for mouth tape, and it's great with strong stickiness. Easy enough to peel off, and cut. Just make sure that wherever you're sticking it is absolutely clean. I use it with a short beard (3-5mm), and unless I've just used face wash, or wiped it before applying, it will just slide off. My only gripe is that the backing paper grid is different with every roll. So, cutting lengthwise can be tricky... but that's a non-issue, really...
