Easy to fit and does the job required

As a retired person & full time carer I had a problem where my own health had deteriorated & my consultant said I must not help the person I care for on & of the toilet as my abdominal wall has collapsed and I must not lift anything at all, so I was left with a dilemma. How do I continue to provide care if I cant lift the person I care for. So I was faced with paying a professional carer to come in several times a day. Before I did this, I thought I would give one of these a try. It works perfectly as I hardly have to lift the person I care for at all. With the height of the normal toilet plus this 6 inch extension,they are 3/4 the way to standing already. Works a treat and is very easy to fit, stable & safe once fitted, easy to clean and disinfect. Its one piece moulded plastic so no awkward dips, joins or raised edges to trap dirt or germs. Its also useable by other family members without having to remove it between uses of the person you care for. It says it has a anti bacterial surface so a quick daily wipe around with detol spray or other germ killer is all thats needed. Highly recommended. So simple to fit you could even take one with you on holiday as it fits any toilet & could be used in a hotel room or caravan etc.

Good fit

I am about to re-order the riser for my toilet. I order with confidence as the last one was very strong and long lasting. I have chronic arthritis and I would not be able to use the toilet without one. It has a very good fitting system is easy to remove for cleaning.

It really is only suitable for smaller people. I needed to use one following an operation and although I managed it was made more difficult due to it being narrow for a guyIt did everything it says it will but just be sure of the size requirement

Replaced one from a few years ago so know that it is ideal for what I want , highly recommend this item

It didn’t fit the toilet.

I ordered this toilet seat for my mother in law to use over festive holidays. Also I am waiting for a knee replacement and will need one of these seats. It is easy to remove between using it. It looks sturdy and was really easy to fit the fittings to keep it in place. Would definitely recommend buying it
