Good price for core sliders, does what it says on the tin. Used in pilates classes to increase the challenge and vary mat exercises.

The foot slips off easily if not wearing trainers. I have tried another brand which was of better quality, they were smoother on the carpet and the foam was softer so the feet did not slip out. Overall they are ok but if the foam was softer and they were slightly curved, I think they would work better.

Great item to have in my workout, pushes you a bit harder and you really feel the burn the next day!Only criticism is that the side designed for wood/Lino floors can get stuck when all your body weight is on them, would be better if this part was covered in a slideable fabric

Great quality product and in a bright colour too. Perfect for there intended use. They create a real ab burn when used for exercises like mountain climbers or plank to pikes. They are a great size for your feet (and hands too) and slide perfectly on laminate and tiled floors.
