Q: Does this have to be boiled?

Q: Is there a trick to putting this in? My 15 yo can barely get it on and then it pops right off.

This kind of mouth guard is not to be compared with a dental mouth guard. You need to put it in the mouth and upper as well as the lower teeth have to bite together, to hold it in the mouth. These are only for workouts!!! Do not use for night guard. I finally had a mouth guard made by my dentist, cause within few weeks, I would bite right through them.
