Heavenly Delights Halal Beef Gelatine, 100g *HMC Certified*

I was reluctant to get this since a lot of people commented about it having a bad smell and ruining the taste of their cheesecake. It worked just fine for me, and believe me I have had my share of buying bad gelatine. It sets fast and there is no bad smell or taste. Made a lovely cheesecake which set well because of it.

Grains are a bit bigger than most gelatin powders, but it does set just as good , particularly if you heat the solution before setting it.

I made jello shots with this using a recipe i found off the internet, they literally bounced off the cupboards and countertop like a bouncy ball so i definitely suggest using a little amount

I use it as a supplement. And it is the only one in the market HMC certified. I trust this product.

Okay so great that this is halal but the instructions are not the best You need more of this product for the recipe you are using as I would imagine it’s not as potent as normal gelatine It’s weaker and so you would need to ratio-up It does work and I got a great cheesecake out of it
