No, you cannot put sim card on this unit. It does not have sim card slot.

Q: Does it support a bluetooth or usb keyboard?

The tablet supports Bluetooth 4.0. So any 4.0 keyboard will work. It does not support USB keyboard however.

Q: does this except micro sd cards??

It will but you cannot use it for anything except removable storage. In Android 6.0 and later (all new tablets automatically update to 6.0, then 7.0) ASUS has disabled the function that allows for expansion of internal storage to the SD card and the ability to move apps to the SD card. The SD expansion is essentially useless.
