First off - the price for 2 was great. I had people staying in the house that after one of my Wusthof paring knives ended up with a bent tip - I packed up the good stuff.These are like lots of sanisafe knives - thinner blades, stamped and sharpened. Good, large handles, inexpensive, likely fine to just sharpen with a mechanical sharpener.The width of the blade though makes it a great knife for chopping, dicing, anything I'd use a vegetable clever for. They are actually really good knives for the price. If you treat them the way a kitchen knife should be (no dishwasher, use a cutting board, don't freaking pry things with it :) they hold an edge pretty well.

Knives arrived very sharp be careful when unboxing as protective tip was not on product but loose in packaging.

They do dull fast I knew that coming but they are thick chef knives. If you purchase a handheld knife sharpener they're very easy to sharpen quickly and it's in your blade out eventually but it takes a very long time.

Grip was good, but knife blade itself is kind of thin than expected
