If you're checking out this type of product then I know you're a discriminate shopper, and all I can say is that you will NOT be disappointed! This company's product line is the Bentley of organic and all natural products. I'm currently using 4 and I have nothing but praises for them. From the ingredients; expected results; ease of use ~ all 5-stars. However, I'm writing this review mostly because of the company itself, and my experience recently with them. When I first got my order I contacted the company with a question ~ that being "called them" not wrote a request. I was very surprised too that it was easy to find their telephone number, and shortly after I called and left a message I received a return call. The individual was very cordial, and extremely interested in my experience as well as concern. I was pretty surprised too at her interest in my thoughts but figured she was just a good employee. Shortly after that call I received a package from the company with a replacement for the item I had called about, which incidentally had nothing wrong with it ~ but they replaced it nonetheless. Plus an additional product for me to try out ~ which to date has become one of my favorite products from them! But the most impressive thing about the package was the note enclosed from the gal I spoke with. It was a "beautiful card" hand written, and that's VERY important in my book, and a note that spoke volumes of the company's passion to ensure my experience was terrific, from start to finish... Imagine my surprise! Today that does not happen very often, much less so personally presented. In my day that would be defined as passion for their product. Anyway, it was signed by the gal I spoke with who was the owner, and never once during the conversation did she mention that. So, I'm closing with this folks ~ it's all in the details, and this gal is ALL about that. She has great products, and even better than that ~ a promise that she'll respect your opinions and your wallet for sure!

I was going to give this at least a month to review cause that's how long it usually takes to see a difference but WOW! I've only used the oil twice a week for only a week and the shampoo and conditioner everyday for the last 2 weeks. And yesterday my friend had taken a pic of the back of my hair and I was blown away how healthy and shiny my hair was! And I noticed there was no hair on my comb after coming out of the shower! So today, after remembering someone else posting that they add this oil to their hair color, I took my bottle with me to the hairdresser today and asked her to add a couple of drops to my color. She said she has oil too but ok she'll add mine. The results? Omg! Usually when I get blond highlights, my hair feels dry even with conditioning and flat, since my hair is super fine and thin. And after rinsing there was minimal hair in the bowl or foil! My hairdresser said she loved the smell and it really made my hair soft. She said the oil she uses doesn't give the results I had today! I have been a stylist for 15 years. I have thick, medium/coarse hair. Most days, I just allow my hair to air dry to keep a little wave in it. I only shampoo once a week. However, I always use a conditioner to scrub my hair and get the dirt and grime out. I'll be honest... the only reason why I ordered this conditioner was because of its aroma. However, after using it regularly for about 2 weeks now, I have to say I'm REALLY pleased with it. It has enough moisture to keep my frizz down, yet is light enough to use every day without shampoo. It leaves my hair soft, strong, moisturized and smelling SO good! The only thing is recommend is to bump up the aroma a bit so the smell will last longer in my hair. I will definitely order again!

This conditioner has an especially luxurious texture. I think this is important since the shampoo is a little stringent due to the concentration of herbal ingredients. There are no filler ingredients in this, they are high quality organic and time tested herbals. And the smell is amazing. Besides the wonderful fragrance, this is the first conditioner I have found that can be used at the same rate as the shampoo. I use each product at the same rate, about a pump and a half. I think that's telling of the quality of this product, and is very convenient since it means I will not finish the conditioner but still have half a bottle of shampoo. I think this brand fills an important niche in the market. The customer service is excellent. Not only do they use high quality organic, wildcrafted ingredients, they are well educated on the biological science of hair loss (which this product is formulated to prevent and help reverse) and the efficacy of alternative treatments. These products are actually formulated to be aromatherapeutic by a licensed aromatherapist! I even received an email from customer service with an attached study which showed aromatherapy to be an effective treatment for alopecia. Truly holistic.

Worst product. Don't buy it.
