I really, really like this UV Resin kit. Granted, it was my first time ever using resin and making resin jewelry so I don't have anything to compare it to but it was super easy to work with and very good quality from what I can see. I made a necklace from a blue morpho butterfly wing that I found(butterfly already dead) when visiting Colombia, South America. I also made a pendant with some tiny flowers my husband had put in my hair this past Christmas. I am not a professional artist and like I said, this was my first time ever using resin so my jewelry probaby has some mistakes but I love how the necklaces turned out. The resin is clear and doesn't have a strong smell. The UV light that came with the kit worked just as it said it should and the instructions were easy to understand. The resin hardened very quickly with the light which is a huge plus. Also really liked the silicone mat and the stirring sticks that came with the kit. I put the butterfly on the mat and was able to use the resin without making a mess. I used the stirring sticks to smooth out the resin over the wing so that worked out great. Overall I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend this product to my friends and family.

This is my first time using UV resin. I looked up several videos and read many reviews to find the one that seemed like the right fit for me. It was easy to use right out of the packaging. Simple instructions assured me that I was using it correctly. I’ve heard people talk about a strong odor with UV resin, and while there is a smell to it, I didn’t find it to be strong at all. No different than using glue. And much better than E6000!!! My tumbler toppers are coming out beautiful. Sturdy, clear, and so fun to make! The light that comes with this set is simple and effective. It would be great if the light had a longer cord as I have to make sure to pull my surge protector directly under the front of my desk to plug it in, but it’s not a big deal. I could always use a small extension cord. The light’s legs fold in for super compact storage. For items that are too tall to slide underneath the light with legs extended, I just hold the light above it. I plan to order this resin again and again!

I purchased this to fill in some Lorien Leaves I 3d printed and painted as gifts. The effect was quite cool, and I am really happy with the end result. I had never used any form of resin, and this was really easy to figure out, pour, and set. The light worked well and was easy to use. It was really lightweight and the cable kept trying to pull it off the table so I set something on the light to stabilize it while using. It takes a USB-C cable (I used my own long one, but they did include a short cable). I did not use any add ins like color or glitter. I recommend after shining the light on it for the recommended amount of time, still don't touch it. Wait at least 15 minutes for it to completely cool, or if you can, give it a few hours. One article I read said if your product is still slightly sticky after fully curing (a common issue in UV resins) to carefully wipe down with rubbing alcohol. If there are other exposed surfaces make sure they are safe to use alcohol on, as I damaged the silver surface and had to do a last minute touch up. The alcohol did remove the faint stickiness. I was happy with this brand and wouldn't hesitate to buy it again for future resin needs. My project used very little resin, so the bottle was more than adequate with plenty left over for future needs.

This is the perfect starter kit for anyone new to UV resin. The kit includes a large amount of UV resin, a mat to protect your working surface, small silicone mixing cups and 2 plastic mixing/resin working tools, as well as a UV light to cure the resin. The UV resin was clear and bubble free and cures quickly with a smooth non sticky finish. It’s literally the best value for the price you are paying. The customer service was fantastic and got back to me within a few hours and was more than willing to fix any issues. It’s now my new go to UV Resin.

This was my first resin crafting purchase, and I'm glad I went with it! I did a little bit of research beforehand, and JDiction was definitely the most recommended brand of UV Resin. The resin doesn't yellow at all, which was a huge concern of mine. The applicator bottle is super easy to use. I didn't have any tools or anything starting out, so getting it with the mat, lamp, and little tools was a huge part of the reason why I went with this set. Now that I've invested a lot more time into this craft, I did upgrade my lamp to a larger one. When I started though, I wasn't sure how invested I was going to get in this, so I'm kind of glad I didn't have a large or expensive UV lamp taking up space at first. Plus, I got resin all over it lol I buy Diction products on a regular basis now, so I definitely recommend it. Overall, I'm glad this was my first purchase when it came to resin crafting.

The kit is an exceptional value for an excellent UV resin and light. For a first time user of resin, it was so easy to use with hardly any odor and it didn't bubble at all. The light, although looks small, worked very, very well and my projects came out beautiful with no tackiness or bubbles. It was so nice to also have all the accessories which was a big plus. I had everything I needed as soon as I opened the box!!! I can't say enough what a great value it was.

Revision of first review: My first review was about the light that broke. Customer service member Sophie was kind and reached out to me. She explained that there was a faulty batch of lights and that she was working with that department to get the problem fixed. Since I really like the resin itself, and had already bought a replacement light, I was kindly offered compensation with additional resin. These things happen with any product and I understand that. Customer service with the aim of providing value and maintaining good relationships with their customers really does make the difference. 3 star to 5 star. Great resin, quality service.

I purchased this kit in Feb. As a total beginner I wanted to find an easy-to-use resin that gave consistently good results, after researching and looking through recommendations I decided to purchase JDiction - it did not disappoint! I make small jewellery items and keyrings - this resin is absolutely perfect. I’ve seen no noticeable yellowing & I’m extremely pleased with the items I’ve made. Since Feb I have purchased numerous bottles of JDiction resin and have yet to be disappointed! Excellent customer service too. 100% recommend.

The kit includes the UV light machine and although it’s smaller than I expected, it does the job brilliantly. Also get a bottle of resin, a work mat, mixing/ pouring cups and stirrers and gloves. It was so good I recommend the kit to a friend who also purchased it and is thoroughly happy with the kit and the price.

I use UV Resin on my polymer clay jewelry. I don’t want a doming resin, just one that protects the polymer clay and gives a beautiful shine. Some doming resins I have tried pull away from the edges so that multiple coats are needed. Some resins I’ve tried don’t cure hard or are consistent. The JDiction Resin so far has been consistently good, very little bubbles that are easily removed with a heat torch.
