I take these to help with my neuropathy in my left foot. Now, instead of taking 2 Lyrica and 6 Gabapentin, I'm now taking 1 Nerve Health in the AM and around 8:00 PM I'll take my 1 Lyrica. I can now sleep all night long with no foot pain! Historically, I needed Gabapentin in the middle of the night multiple times a night. Thanks to Nerve Health, I no longer need all those meds!! They're easy to take. Good size, not so big. Which means it's a good value for the money. I didn't notice any additional energy but that's OK, that's not why I bought them. For me it's all about alleviating pain!

This nerve supplement was recommended by a colleague who was dealing with nerve damage. We have gone through a bottle a month and are convinced that the B1, B6 and B12 along with the turmeric, Ginger and Lions mane are exactly what is needed for healing nerves. New Chapter is high-quality and this product made it easier to support the growth of nerves.

It was helpful but decided to make a change the b-12 was not methylcobalamin, it did not have benfotiamine and just was not strong enough and it cost a lot for only 60 capsules.

My legs are feeling better, but it is ridiculous how the price has increased. That is price gouging! God doesn't like ugly. Totally unacceptable.

Does offer some support and relief but if you have nerve pain you need to go to your doctor. I am active and working with hardware in my spine.
